What People Are Saying:
I really enjoyed this well-presented course, and learned a lot about the mind-gut connection, and the many ways I can optimise my health and wellbeing. It is both scientific and empathetic in that the presenters (a Nutritionist and Psychologist) emphasise incorporating good nutrition, movement and psychological strategies into how we’re living in this moment, making holistic changes easier to sustain. There are plenty of interesting videos, meditation and yoga practices, psychological tips as well as bonus materials and references for ongoing self-study. Thank you, Luke and Jane, for this inspiring and transformational course.

I’m so grateful to Luke and Jane for creating this course. The information that they share is truly life changing and I am excited for more people to experience this.
Luke’s ability to make these complex topics so easy and simple to understand has been very helpful for me. And Janes psychological wisdom is very insightful and reassuring.
I couldn’t recommend this enough to anyone who wants to take simple steps to completely reshape their perspective on physical and mental health.

I found this course to be really helpful. When I did the food diary it allowed me to see that eating certain foods were making me feel tired and lacking in energy and concentration. It’s a bit of a change to my diet but a huge change to how I’ve been feeling since I have been avoiding these foods. I’m really grateful for that! Thanks so much.
