Before we dive into the course we just want to share a few tips with you to help you to get the most out of this course.
A couple of general things to begin: we recommend turning on the captions for the videos. You can do this by clicking the ‘CC’ button in the bottom-right corner of the video player. We find that watching with captions on helps us to follow along better and absorb more of the information. Give it a try and see if you like it too!
We recommend following along with all our steps and instructions in this course. We have purposely designed it to flow in the way that it does, so as you learn more you can begin to apply your knowledge through the practices and changes we recommend. We also want to remind you to make this course work for you! Everyone is completely different and things that work well for some, others may not like. We just want to remind you to take what you need from this course. Take and apply the things that make sense for you, in your life.
We have designed the course to take 4 weeks. This is based on the psychology of changing behaviour and the fact that it takes time to make meaningful change. Just taking small, simple steps each week will add up over time and one day you will look back, notice how good you’re feeling and how far you’ve come!
