The Wise Mind Meditation is based on research around our gut-brain connection. The term ‘Wise Mind’ describes our gut-brain and was coined by world-leading Psychologist Dr Marsha Linehan. This meditation is designed to help you connect to your gut-brain and access your inner wisdom. Sometimes this can help you answer some really deep questions or get some insight or clarity on things in your life. This part of our body is also often referred to as our gut instinct and can be a source of deep wisdom within ourselves. We’ve included this meditation here so you can experience that for yourself.
