It’s one of the most studied areas in nutritional science, and the evidence is genuinely compelling.
Rather than chasing symptoms with a blanket protocol, I look at the full picture: what you’re eating, how you’re eating, your stress levels, sleep quality, and how all of these interact. Gut health is rarely just about the gut.

Around 95% of your serotonin is produced in the gut. Stress, poor sleep, and anxiety don’t just affect your mind — they affect your digestion too. We address both ends of this connection.

Where evidence supports it, I may suggest specific probiotics, prebiotics, or other nutrients. I’ll point you toward quality products available in NZ and explain exactly what they do and why.
